Think Smart Solutions provides a variety of consulting services. I cannot list all the services that I provide because it would only confuse you. If a particular service is not listed it is better ask and I can either confirm or deny the job. I believe in charging a fair rate for services provided. To that end my prices are firm and I do not negotiate them. Depending on the market I evaluate whether or not my prices need to change, I do this on a annual basis.
I charge a flat rate of $100 an hour for service regardless of the type of work being done. The reason for this is simple. It simplifies billing for me as well as the client. Clients know exactly what their costs are going to be for the type of work being done. This would be difficult to compare if I had a price list. As an independent consultant my duties are to my clients. I am not affiliated with any companies or organizations. I will always select the best solution based on your individual needs.
While this list below is not all inclusive it does include the more popular services provided by computer consultants.
- routine maintenance
- spyware and virus removal
- data recovery
- disaster and recovery planning
- system administration
- web design
- search engine optimization
- flash design
- software development
- database administration
- web hosting
In a large organization your IT support is a part of the company. For small businesses your IT support becomes your partner. Looking for ways to save your business money and make you more productive. Gaining the knowledge that our firm has requires years of time and money. For myself I have had the opportunity of learning the best practices from Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin and Time Warner. Making mistakes in IT can not only make you unproductive but can cost you money. My firm believes that we have a vested interest in your company’s success. When you company is successful it is more likely to need more resources. While your firm grows we will grow right along with it offering you the best value for your money. Warren Buffet would say price is what you pay but value is what you get.
